Waldo Canyon Fire Restoration:  IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We’re excited that you will be joining Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado (VOC) at our upcoming Waldo Canyon Fire Restoration project, Saturday June 20th, 2015. VOC and Coalition for the Upper South Platte are partnering to bring you this project.  We look forward to working with you! This email contains very important details, including:

.              Schedule for the project

.              What you need to bring

.              Project waiver (attached) – you only need to SIGN and BRING this to the project if you haven’t signed the e-waiver

.              Details about where we’ll be working, why we are doing this project and who you’ll be working with.

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL:

If you will be unable to volunteer and need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible because we have a large number of interested volunteers on the waitlist.  Land managers count on VOC to bring the number of volunteers we promised and you are part of that promise! We need to make sure we have enough equipment, food, and transportation for everyone, so knowing our numbers is important.  Please email alice@voc.org  or call at (303) 715-1010 ext. 116. On the day of the project, I can be reached on my cell phone: (856) 889-0254.

.              Parking is limited and carpooling is needed

.              We will be holding registration at Mountain View United Methodist Church were we will carpool to the project site
