The “Habitat Heroes” will be working in 11 Mile Canyon to help mitigate noxious weeds along the river.  These dastardly species spread like wildfire and out-compete native species, which negatively impact aquatic and wildlife habitat.  The group hails from CC&V school’s Soaring Without Limitations  21st Century Community Learning Centers.

Soaring Without Limitations, ranks among the top five of 50 such programs in the state, according to the Colorado Department of Education.  Learn more:
